BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings: A booking form will be sent to you for completion following your email / telephone enquiry. A provisional booking will be held for 7 days, but the completed form and a deposit of 10% of the rent is required to secure the booking. The deposit is non refundable. The balance of the rental payment must be paid 5 weeks before the start of the holiday. No sub-letting is allowed.

Period of Let: Will be on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday unless otherwise agreed. Entry is from 4pm, and departure before 10am to allow cleaning time for the next tenants.

Prices Include: Electricity,  linen & towels. Coal and logs for the fire are not included.  There should be fuel in the bunkers that you may use but please replace what you have used.

Occupancy: Must not exceed the numbers shown on the booking form. On departure the property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any loss or damage during the stay, and any breakages or damage must be reported before leaving.

Pets: One dog is welcome by arrangement. There is no additional charge but a good housekeeping deposit of £100 is requested which will be refunded after your stay. The dog should be house trained, should not be allowed on the furniture and should not be left unattended in the property. Any mess in the garden should be removed.

Good Housekeeping Deposit: A good housekeeping deposit of £100 is required for the Xmas and New Year weeks. This should be paid by separate cheque, at the same time as the final rental payment.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the house.

Keys: Keys and detailed directions to the property will be sent upon receipt of the final rental payment.

Insurance: The owners will not, under any circumstances, be held liable for loss or damage to the holidaymakers’ property or personal injury to the tenants.
