Gowanlea is situated at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac in the heart of Nethy Bridge. It has a large garden which backs on to the River Nethy and has views over the river and woodland. It is within easy walking distance of the shops, post office, hotel (bar / restaurant), community centre, tennis courts, play park, bowling green, football pitch. It also has easy access to the many way-marked forest trails in the area.
