The main
house has parking for 2 cars, a large garden backing on to the river, garden
shed, BBQ, patio table. (Note : the river is separated from the garden by a
fence. A gate gives access to the river, but care should be taken at all times,
particularly with young children.)
There is
electric heating in all rooms. Night storage radiators in the living room and
panel radiators in the bedrooms. Hot water is supplied by immersion heater. Bed
linen & towels are provided.
ANNEXE ( Green )
The annexe is
separated from the main part of the house by a lockable fire door. It could be
viewed as one large house with a second sitting room or it can be an entirely
self contained apartment with its own front door, separate parking area and
garden.
